    The films here are very unique however, the doormen/ ushers are a concern.
    I once watched an usher (who was INSIDE The Regal Foyer) screaming & swearing at someone who was parallel parking next to his car - parked out front. He was very aggressive and it made me feel so nervous.
    Also, there is another usher who works here who intimidated my young female friend in the dark, by creeping up behind her in the cinema and snarling at her.
    I'm not coming back. Nor is my friend.
    Staff behaviour requires improvement.

    I have been attending The Regal Twin cinema since I was a young child, and have always found the staff very friendly and the movie offerings to be superb. They are also very courteous of people with a disability, and are always willing to assist in any way possible. It is a wonderful boutique cinema (my favourite!), run by lovely staff that are very knowledgable and helpful.
